The Leaf comes with a 1-year limited warranty. String Health Inc. warrants that the original device purchased from String Health Inc. or authorized reseller shall be without defect under normal use for a period of one year, except for residents from European Economic Area (EEA) who purchased their String Health Inc. device in the EEA, whose warranty period is two years from the date of purchase.
Please note that due to the delicate nature of the embedded crystals, treat your Leaf Chakra with extra care as the warranty will not cover breakage in case of fall, misuse, or regular wear and tear.
