Send an e-mail to support@ivyhealth.ai directly from the address you're using with your IVY app and request to have it changed. If you're not sure which e-mail address you're currently using, you can see it at the top of the screen if you go to the IVY app's Settings.
If you’ve made a typo while creating your account and the e-mail address you’re using with the IVY app doesn’t exist, please e-mail us at support@ivyhealth.ai and confirm your date of birth, and let us know which e-mail address you wish to use with your IVY app from now on.
