Refunds for Monthy Subscriptions are not possible, this type of subscription can only be canceled before the subscribed period ends, but the purchase will not be refunded.
Refunds and cancellations for Yearly Subscriptions are available within 30 days from the purchase date.
In case you wish to cancel the monthly or yearly subscription, that can be done up to 24 hours before the subscription is renewed.
